Detailed Product Description There are two methods for producing laminated glass: film
method(dry)and grout method (wet) . By purposes, there are flat laminated glass. curved laminated
glass. bulletproof laminated glass, thief-proof laminated glass.
and decorating laminated glass etc. Dry-typed laminated glass is to put a layer(or layers)
of PVB film between two or more pieces of glass, then they
are warmed them up, pre-pressed, and then heated and pressed in
high-temperature＆high-pressure boiler. We have a production line for dry-typed
laminated glass. Now the line is equipped with far-infrared heating system and
computerized control system instead of traditional fan-cycle
processing pattern. New techniques have significantly improved the
transparency and strength of glass, and reduced processing time.
